With its large and spacious interior, this wooden house is a made for a large family. There are three bedrooms, and a kitchen which is integrated into the living/dining room area. The kitchen is made for family living with ample cupboard space and and designated area for a dish washing machine. There is also a door leading out from the kitchen area to the garden.
This attractive Scandinavian wooden house has an inviting veranda at the entrance with a side framed terrace under the main roof. The terrace is spacious and connected to the house by its railing frame. The kitchen, dining room and living room are combined into one large room which creates a large friendly family environment. On the ground floor there are also two bedrooms, a WC and shower with a place for a washing machine and dryer.
The loft is above the bedrooms, entrance hall and WC. It consists of a large open area of 33m² with a wooden ceiling of 1.90m at its high point. There are wooden stairs leading to the loft from the ground floor.
At the entrance there is a wooden veranda creating a welcoming ambiance. Once inside, the hall connects directly to the rest of the rooms of the house: two bedrooms, toilet, shower and a sauna enclave (in the bathroom there is also a place for a washing machine and dryer), and, finally, there is the main living/dining room which connects to the kitchen as one spacious open space. The terrace, which is part of the house, has a large closet for garden chairs and other garden equipment.
The loft is a large open room with a height of 1.90m at its highest point. The entrance to the loft is from the hall and consists of pine stairs.
'GUSSBO' offers room for recreation and space for quiet living. The practical entrance hall opens onto the WC/shower room, 3 bedrooms and the loft area. The living area opens onto a sheltered veranda with a high ceiling - 3.5 m the interlocking timber walls visually combine the veranda with the main living area of the house.
