'BERGVIKEN LOFT' Timber house kit with 3 bedrooms, 53m² of living space PLUS 24m2 loft and a veranda of 12m²
At the entrance there is a wooden veranda creating a welcoming ambiance. Once inside, the hall connects directly to the rest of the rooms of the house: two bedrooms, toilet, shower and a sauna enclave (in the bathroom there is also a place for a washing machine and dryer). The main living/dining room connects to the kitchen as one large open space. The veranda, which is part of the house has a large closet for garden chairs and other garden equipment.
The open plan loft area is 1.90 m high at the highest point and can accommodate three or more beds without feeling cramped. The open plan makes the loft an ideal playroom for children. The loft can also be divided to provide additional storage space. The loft is accessed via a pine ladder from the hall.
Full Height Loft Option: 'LOFT PLUS'
The timber house kit can be supplied with the roof of the loft area raised, giving you a full height room instead of a storage/occasional put me up loft space.
